JEAN-PIERRE ISAAC
Songwriter, editor, producer, arranger, programmer, multi-instrumentist, mastering technician and owner of the Numuz studio.

It is from his musical laboratory, "NUMUZ", that Jean-Pierre Isaac Plays (guitar, keyboards, percussion), Sings (lead and backing vocals), Writes, Composes, Arranges, Programmes, Produces, not to mention his Musical Direction, Sound Recording, Mixing and Mastering. Born in Namur, Belgium. Member of: Musicians’ Guild, Socan, Sodrac, SPACQ, Artisti. Jury for: Musicaction (on several occasions)

Jean-Pierre made his start in the nightclubs and bars of Quebec and Europe. He was one of the most solicited disc-jockeys in Montreal. He combined his career as a D.J. with his passion for the creation of music and became, in the space of a few years, a successful songwriter, a renowned producer and one of the most creative musical arrangers.

With a head full of musical ideas and the talent to boot, he was quickly considered a real hit maker by various members of the entertainment and recording industries. This led him to collaborate with Luc Plamondon, Eddy Marnay, André Gagnon, Sony, Universal, BMG, Emi/Pathé, Mercury/Polygram, DKD/Aquarius, just to name a few. Many headliners from Quebec, such as Marie Carmen, Mario Pelchat, Mitsou, Cindy Daniel, Judith Bérard, Kathleen, Les BB, etc, perform his songs or have been produced by him.
